Thanks for commenting Tarun. I created a napkin sketch for it which took me maybe 1 working day spread out across a few weeks. Going forward, I am reaching out to consultants and entrepreneurs in my network to learn from their experience and I believe those day(s) of effort of talking to experts would help me button up the path forward.
